RETURN POLICY

All returns must be approved by Hautebox Shop and have an authorized RA#.
Please email us at:  info@hauteboxshop.com.  Please include order # and
reason(s) for your return.
Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will not be accepted.
Return item must be in NEW and unused condition.
All returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY, and customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receiving.
ALL IN-STORE PURCHASES ARE FINAL.
All SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL. 
Hautebox Shop reserved the rights to refuse a return if ALL return requirements are not met.
